Professional and life partners Kate and Leigh have shared everything for years, from their apartment to the popular bar they co-own. When a slump in their sex life forces them to reconsider their relationship, they must confront how intertwined their lives have become.

Joey Ally is an award-winning writer/director/actor who has been fortunate to receive her film mentorship from Megan Griffiths and Lynn Shelton. Her writing/directorial debut, MINIMUM WAGE, premiered at PSISF ’15. She and partner T.J. Williams, Jr. form SilverOx Pictures, are currently developing her LGBT feature THE BRIDESMAN, and several digital series with collaborator Alexandra Kern. Joey and T.J. live in Silverlake where, when not “working,” T.J. gardens and Joey sings. Joey is a member of the 2016 class of the American Film Institute’s Directing Workshop for Women, through which she’ll produce her next short film, CHIPPED.
